Dana Phillips, PCC

Dana has been described admiringly as “the only person in the world who can give you a hug and a kick in the pants at the same time.” Before taking a corporate position in a large network marketing company, Dana and Neil’s distributorship was number four in the United States and number sixteen in the world. She has trained thousands of independent distributors in party plan methods as well as network marketing.

With a background like this, it’s no wonder she has helped build a style of coaching new leaders that specifically addressed the unique challenges of direct sales as a career. She is as comfortable coaching executives as she is working with direct selling field leaders. Dana holds a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation.
